If the dough rises and the stars align. -
Thursday – Prep Day
The starter is bubbling, the aprons are flapping. -
Friday – Baking Frenzy
Don’t call us, we’re covered in flour. -
Saturday – Pickup Day!
🧺 9am–12pm (or until the last boule finds its forever home) -
Sunday – Rest & Repeat
Even sourdough needs a Sabbath.
