    If the dough rises and the stars align.

  • Thursday – Prep Day
    The starter is bubbling, the aprons are flapping.

  • Friday – Baking Frenzy
    Don’t call us, we’re covered in flour.

  • Saturday – Pickup Day!
    🧺 9am–12pm (or until the last boule finds its forever home)

  • Sunday – Rest & Repeat
    Even sourdough needs a Sabbath.
